We don’t just call it Customer Service - we want to deliver Customer Success.
An essential part of the EduCare service is the care and attention we show our customers. For us, the production of high quality training courses is just part of our offer. We pride ourselves on working with our customers to reap the benefits of using those courses to maximise their investment.
We are committed to ensuring that once our service has been accessed, that marks just the beginning of our customer's relationship with us.
Our Customer Services team work to a strict process to ensure communications are kept up throughout the year; helping customers to get the most from their service package. This includes guidance on utilising the valuable reports, accessing new and updated content that has been released and addressing any changes in legislation that may impact on learning.
The team are available to answer queries via our online chat facility, telephone or email.
Our recent customer satisfaction survey, sent to new customers, showed that over 98% of respondents rated our support as good or very good and over 90% rated the Customer Services team as 4* or 5*. Comments included:

“Each time I needed assistance I received it within a day”
“Always prompt to respond and quick to resolve any issues”
They also rated very highly for their overall service and professionalism.
Between them, the team have clocked up over 33 years of service at EduCare and therefore have a wealth of experience to draw from. No matter what the query, they are able to help our customers throughout the year.
They are based in the same building as the rest of the EduCare team, including the department who build the courses and create content. This open forum for communication means we are able to deal with all queries quickly and efficiently and ensure that any feedback is acted upon for future improvements.
That is definitely a real Customer Success.
