Open Consultation: Keeping children safe in education (KCSIE)

The Department for Education has opened a consultation on changes to 'Keeping children safe in education'.

They are consulting on a wide variety of proposed changes to the statutory guidance which will reflect the changes made to the Working Together to Safeguard Children statutory guidance.

They are also seeking views on non-statutory advice covering sexual violence and sexual harassment between children.
