Parliament - Your Story, Our History

To mark the 50th anniversary of the 1967 Sexual Offences Act UK, Parliament has created ‘Your Story, Our History’, three short films focusing on laws around relationships, gender identity and sexual equality.

The films are hosted on the UK Parliament website.

Commenting on the new films, our Pastoral Care specialist, Dawn Jotham, said: "It's really interesting to watch as sometimes it’s so easy not to make the connection between the laws/acts with real people and the influence it has on them. The shocking thing is that what most people accept now was seen as unacceptable not too long ago."
