School exclusions - changes to statutory guidance

Statutory guidance for those with legal responsibilities in relation to exclusion has been updated in a small number of areas, in particular to provide greater confidence to Head Teachers on their use of exclusion and to provide greater clarity to independent review panels and governing bodies on their consideration of exclusion decisions.

EduCare's School Exclusions Online Training Course

Our School Exclusions online training course will be updated to reflect the change in statutory guidance but in the meantime the information in the course is still accurate.

School Exclusions is included in our e-learning service, EduCare for Education^® which combines a broad range of online training courses with a robust reporting suite to evidence learning to inspectors.
